We designed our Hooded Down Helly Hansen Glacier jacket for hikers who need serious warmth and protection in winter conditions. This jacket is filled with hydrophobic down with a fill power of 800g, treated to repel moisture while retaining its insulating properties even in damp conditions. The jacket also features PrimaLoft® Black Rise insulation strategically placed on the shoulders to prevent your backpack from compressing the down insulation and to avoid cold spots. An adjustable hood keeps you warm and dry. A ripstop fabric adds durability. Key features include a 2-way front zipper for ventilation and easy access if you are wearing a harness, an adjustable hood, and zippered hand pockets lined with brushed knit to keep your hands warm. The adjustable Velcro cuffs and a drawstring at the waist ensure a comfortable fit. With a brushed-knit chin guard and an inner zip pocket for valuables, this jacket is the perfect warm layer for cold-weather hiking and outdoor adventures.
