The inSPORTline ZenRow 30 uses a magnetic braking system with a 1:4 gear ratio and a 2kg flywheel, delivering a smooth, natural, and quiet rowing motion. Thanks to electronically adjustable resistance, the machine automatically adapts to the selected workout program (in the Kinomap app), enhancing both efficiency and comfort during rowing.

A major advantage is the built-in generator, which produces its own power during exercise and charges the integrated battery - allowing the machine to work entirely without needing to be plugged in. The long, 116cm track ensures a comfortable workout for most users, while the transportation wheels and low weight make it easy to move around.
