You can see all the information (i.e. time, speed, slope, distance, heart rate and calories burned) on a large, 18.5" display, under which you can find large control buttons, including the speed and slope buttons. Moreover, the Gardian 8 also features a USB input, MP3 player with speakers, headphone input and memory card slot. You may also appreciate a pedometer (recording the number of steps) which can be found under the display. Moreover, regardless of the setting, the Matrix function, which displays a 400m lap to make the exercise more interesting, is on all the time.
