Depending on use, either the chest or shoulder muscles are more engaged. This practical and versatile fitness device, adjustable to 3 levels, fits different door frames. It is suitable not only for door pull-ups but also for intense push-ups or tricep training on the floor. The metal construction with a powder-coated 25 mm steel tube is designed for a maximum load of up to 100 kg and features very soft polyurethane (PU) foam handles. Ideal for pull-ups on door frames with a maximum width of 92 cm and a depth of 12-24 cm.
